About Nick
Ten years inside the banks, before running an independent lender panel.
Nick runs Trelos Finance Australia-wide with over ten years in lending. He started at CBA and Westpac, so he knows how banks assess borrowers from the inside. He left because he kept watching good borrowers get told no by one lender when another would say yes.
Now he works with 40+ lenders, helping property investors find their real borrowing capacity and making sure their loans are set up for the next purchase.
